I live in a rural area. Even when I have lived in urban areas, rural areas surrounded them - it's just the state of the South - and they were always covered with farm animals, like cows and horses. A lot of the farms had tracks and you would see the people working with their horses on the warm days and holidays.
But the best times to watch them was when they were dressed to the nines in their riding gear and the animals were all decked-out in theirs.
