Wachowski Bros. to Reboot Superman Franchise?

Warner Bros. may be considering the Wachowski Brothers to reboot the Superman franchise, according to some reports. V for Vendetta director, James McTeigue, told German TV that the Plastic Man movie - the Wachowski Brothers' next slated project - had been delayed indefinitely and that Bryan Singer was not going to direct another Superman installment, as the company wished to reboot the entire franchise yet again - possibly with the aforementioned Wachowksis at the helm.

Again according to McTiegue - who has worked as the Wachowski Brothers' second unit director in the past and was signed to do so on the Plastic Man movie - the Wachowskis have been approached by the studio with the project in mind. If they do, McTiegue may take over Plastic Man.

At any rate, Bryan Singer has confirmed that he is not in talks to direct a new Superman film.
