Director, Sam Raimi, and star, Tobey Maguire, are out of the fourth Spider-Man installment. The company behind the franchise says there will be no more sequels in the series. Instead,
the fourth Spider-Man movie will reboot the franchise.
There is no word as to whom will direct or star.
