Man, them girlies get more press behind closed doors than on the open streets they drink in!
Lindsay Lohan's done been sued by a company claiming that she crashed into one of their vans in her second, no third, no second car wreck back in 2005. Lohan and her passenger ducked into a boutique to wait-out the tow-truck and po-pos ("Shit! No, don't look back! Gah! Do I look high?") but later emerged and blamed paparazzi. Police reports cleared the paparazzi of any wrongdoing and a witness claimed Lohan was going "really fast."
To her credit, the van little Miss Lindsay originally hit was making an illegal U-turn, but it careened into the van for which she is being sued. Also to her credit, a paparazzi had intentionally rammed his car into Lohan's earlier in the year to create a photo-opp. But, at any rate, the police found Lohan responsible and efforts by the van company to contact her have gone unanswered, so they filed a claim against her the other day.
Unfortunately, Lohan is in a medical ward of her own at Promises in Malibu and is not expected to be out until around the end of the month.
But like she's gonna pay that effing bill anyway, what? Did I stutter?
