I read a few weeks back where a lot of supporters were upset because they believe the new Chill project is dead. Hyrum Savage announced it is far from dead, but with only two part-time employees who also have families, work is just progressing slowly.
Part of the reason I have not added more to the materials available for the game on The Weirding is due much to the same resources constrictions, but also because some of the information I have to add could cause issues with the new edition. I was waiting to learn more before I published what I have. I am going to contact Hyrum and ask him directly as to how best to proceed, but since I have so much else on my plate, I simply haven't wasted his time. There is no need in getting yet another project going that I already know I am going to have a very limited amount of resources to put toward - and absolutely no sense in getting anyone else involved.
So, plenty more Chill to come, just no immediate ETA; when I know more, I'll let you know.
As for the Champions stuff, I know it was posted on the list and heavily-linked to and I apologize for jumping the gun and removing it from the old site too soon. That really was priority #1 going into all of this. Unfortunately, all of the technical issues got in the way of that (and everything else) and I simply never got back to it... yet.
Yes, the content is ready to go, but it really isn't as easy as just republishing it. I have to reformat it for the new design, as well as fit it into the structure. Just a lot of technicalese for saying, "It's harder than it sounds."
So, yes: both Chill and Champions are underway and will be published very soon. Neither project is "dead," they have simply been forced to the backburner for the immediate time-being. In fact, if we're all really lucky, all of this may see print at basically the same time (on the relaunch - late-summer/early-fall).
