The three men who were in the SUV a coked-up Lindsay Lohan "commandeered" to chase her former assistant have filed suit against her for battery and false imprisonment.
Lohan was arrested following the incident and plead guilty to two counts related to being under the influence of alcohol and cocaine. She spent just over an hour in jail before being released into rehab.
Lohan's attorney said the suit was "absurd," claiming the men were having fun during the chase. He accused them of wanting headlines and money, though the suit is only for $25,000. He questioned why they had waited more than a year to file a suit, but the boys' counsel said he had hoped a suit would not be necessary but no settlement had been reached.
The case will be held in the same court in which the woman Lohan chased is suing her for emotional distress.
