A desperate, driven, vulnerable fugitive, Kirill is keeping himself alive through fear and sheer stubbornness. Locked away in a room with only his machines and memories for company, he's completely alone… for now.

Ravaged by time, Kirill uses science and invention to eke out an existence for himself. Time - the years that he's been isolated with his dangerous secrets – isn't important to him. For Kirill, time is only marked by whether he is still alive when the sun pierces through his window each morning; whether he's still alive to continue his obsessive quest: to deliver a message - a message that must get through.

But time's about to become very important…

He's misunderstood, he's ahead of the curve, and he's… frightened.

Frightened that the world he can control in his textbooks - that he can understand and theorize - is nothing like the dangerously unpredictable world outside. Now Stuart is about to face his biggest challenge: real life. And it's going to get very real, very quickly…
