How to Train Your Dragon narrowly edged-out Kick-Ass for the #1 position at the box office this weekend. Dragon pulled an even $20m, while Kick-Ass pulled just under that, at approximately $19.7m.
Kick-Ass suffered largely from mixed reviews, and a mixed message. Touted as a satire of fanboy culture, few think it hit its mark. Famed movie reviewer, Roger Ebert, panned the film on moral grounds, and it appears he may have struck a chord with moviegoers.

Now, they are reporting that Kick-Ass actually edged-out How to Train Your Dragon by a narrow margin, and that neither movie actually made $20 million.
