Sandman comic book and graphic novel scribe, Neil Gaiman, is set to guest-star on PBS' animated children's show, Arthur. In the episode entitled "Falafelosophy," Gaiman plays an anthropomorphic, feline librarian who inspires Sue Ellen to create her own graphic novel. The second story of the episode also centers around comic books: "Tales of the Grotesquely Grim Bunny" has to do with new inventory at Elwood's comic book shop.
Gaiman, Sandman, and TV made the blog just last week when we brought you yet another story on the property's decades-long journey to the screen. Numerous contractual issues have kept Sandman stalled since the 1990s.
