Sylvester Stallone was rushed to the hospital after a fight scene with co-star, Stone Cold Steve Austin for the movie The Expendables, went wrong and the Rambo star wound-up with a hairline fracture in his neck. Stallone told FHM that he underwent a serious operation to correct the problem and now has a metal plate in his neck.
Stallone, 63, and Austin, 45, are not the only A-list names in the upcoming feature; The Expendables also stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Dolph Lundgren, Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke, and Jet Li. Sylvester Stallone wrote and directed the action film, in addition to starring.
The Expendables also stars Brittany Murphy, who was found dead in her bathroom in December, 2009.
