A Detective Comics #27, the issue in which Batman debuted, sold at a Dallas auction for a cool $1 million, a handful of days after an Action Comics #1, featuring Supes' debut, sold for the same online. As with the latter incident, both seller and buyer wish to remain anonymous for obvious reasons. Both comics were in Very Good (VG) condition or better.
