This is Sigue Sigue Sputnik. You may have heard this song if you have ever seen the movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, though this is not the same version. This is from one of their first, most popular, and likely best albums.

When it was released, I -- and many others (in America, at least) -- did not appreciate it, nor how influential it would become. It was several years later that I really listened to it and fell in love with it. I haven't heard their entire discography, but I personally feel this album was their best outing.
